Rules of Cooperation with Vision's Partnership Program

1. The host and coordinator of the Partner Program is authorized consultant of Vision International People Group (here and after referred to as Coordinator)
2. Commissions for participation in the Partnership Prgoram are paid directly by the company Vision International People Group Public Limited, located on the street 67 Limassol Avenue, Aglantzia, 2121 Nicosia, Cyprus here and after referred to as Vision.
3. The rules of these regulations (here and after Regulations), are only a source of rights and obligations existing between the Coordinator and the Partnership Program.
4. Any person wishing to be a Partner, is obligated to familiarize with the contents of these Regulations.
5. A member of Partnership Program (here and after called Partner) may be any person who is aged 18 years and has accepted the rules of these Regulations.

§ 2 - THE IDEA OF VISION'S PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

1. The main purpose of the Partnership Program is to attract Partners who with materials submitted by the Coordinator promote company products and healthy lifestyle.
2. Coordinator expects from Partners activity in propagation of promotional materials in the following fields:
   • Partnership Program member's personal web sites,
   • community and thematic portals,
   • discussion forums,
   • chats, IRC channels,
   • blogs,
   • social networking (for example Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Blip, etc.),
   • sending emails to friends,
   • other forms of communication resulting from the invention of Partner (except those that affect the good name of the company or applicable law).
3. Partner receives a salary which is a commission on the total monthly purchases of all customers and consultants recommended by him.
4. Partner agrees to care for the good name of the company Vision as well as the products and services available on the site, particularly in own opinions, descriptions and conclusions.

§ 3 - PARTNER'S STATUS

1. Partner of the Program can be any person in age of majority.
2. Joining the Partnership Program is completely free and voluntary.
3. Becoming a Partner follows the proper registration and approval of a request by the Coordinator, of which Partner will be notified.
4. All informations about Partners are processed for marketing use only by the Vision International People Group Public Limited in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection. No information concerning the individual Partners will not be provided to companies or third parties.
5. Partner agrees to receive the email messages from Coordinator containing the latest informations about cooperation and published new services.

7. Partner may resign at any time from participation in the Partnership Program by sending an email with information about resigning at the following address: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Partner's Account is closed automatically after ten months of inactivity in the system.
8. Removing the Partner's Account means the termination of cooperation.

§ 4 - PRINCIPLES OF PARTNER'S ACTIVITY

1. The main task of every Partner is to include banners and links provided by the Coordinator (in accordance with the provisions of § 3), which, through direct and indirect invitations of third parties to register and make purchases on the Visionshop.me site will increase Vision revenues from the sale of products offered on the site.
2. Coordinator undertakes to:
   • assign to each Partner individual partnership links (hyperlinks) to the portal Visionshop.me for recording and counting of purchases made through the use of hyperlinks,
   • allow access to the portal vip-tree.net which provides statistics of purchases made by recommended customers.
3. The imperative condition of recognizing customer as recommended by given Partner is the entrance of this customer to the store Visionshop.me with individual partnership link assigned to the Partner.
4. Promotional material made by the Partner and containing the partnership links can neither affect the general applications of the law nor:
   • can not bear the signs of cultivation of spam (mass mailing of posts and email messages to people who may not wish it),
   • can not bear the signs of transmission of unsolicited commercial communication;
   • shall not affect the right to privacy of persons, to which is forwarded partnership link.
5. Individual ideas for advertising in the form of banners and copyrighted articles must be approved by the Coordinator before they appear on the pages. By submitting an individual promotional material, Partner states that he has adequate rights to use this material.
6. When placing advertisements on the pages and websites, Partners declare that they have the appropriate rights to put there banners and ads.
7. Coordinator may object to the posting of the banner on the specific pages or websites with considerations of their subject matter, appearance, performance or other reasons.
8. It is forbidden to use the following activities:
   • sending a mass information about a web page containing any form of advertising Visionshop.me to other Internet users (known as spamming), using any medium (email, mailing lists, newsgroups, instant messaging, IRC, etc.),
   • impersonate the services Visionshop.me and Vipg.org in all kinds of notices, advertisements, on own Web pages, in own promotion materials, regardless of its form of promoting Visionshop.me.
9. Redirect to the domain Visionshop.me should result in a conscious and deliberated click on link by the visitor. Redirection can not be enforced in any way.
10. Assigning Customer to Partner occurs when the customer signs up in the shop Visionshop.me with an unique Partner ID code. All partnership links contain a unique code of the Partner that is automatically entered in box Consultants Code when registering online.
11. Due to above described technical reasons of the Program, the Coordinator is not responsible for:
    • inappropriate IT systems of both Partners and the people they redirect to the shop Visionshop.me
    • the use of modified materials compared to those made by the Coordinator
    • others, which may cause irregularities in the identification of clients redirected through Partner's advertisement.

§ 5 - RULES OF CREATING AND PLACING ADVERTISEMENTS

1. Partner has the right in his own creativity and in accordance with the established in Section 3 § 5 requirements to:
   • do advertising business in the media in any convenient form,
   • use in advertising materials informations contained in official documents of Vision company,
   • use in advertising materials names of Vision products,
   • use in advertising materials official Vision trademarks,
   • use the advertising materials supplied by the Coordinator.
2. Partner is not allowed to:
   • use in advertising materials unreliable information about Vision products
   • mislead the recipients of advertising, over increasing amount of their potential income from the Partner's activity and claiming, that receive income is guaranteed and carried out without any effort.
   • harm through Partner's own advertising material to other Partners or the Vision company.
3. Partner's advertising activity in the public media (such as radio, television, press releases) is allowed only after consent in writing given by Vision company. The exception is the advertising material, which is a repetition of advertisements, approved by a national branch of Vision. In such case it's just to inform the Coordinator about publishing advertisement in mass media.
4. Partner who has been authorized to place advertisements in the mass media, should publish this advertising material only in such form, for which the authorization was granted.

§ 6 - CALCULATION AND PAYMENT OF SALARIES

1. The salary that Partner receives for preparing and publishing advertising material about products offered in the Visionshop.me will be charged every time a customer assigned to him in the store Visionshop.me.
2. Partner's salary ranges from 5 to 30% of the purchases value depending on the total amount of monthly purchases made by customers assigned to him.
3. The salary is calculated incrementally. The commission for the Partner is paid automatically on the 15th of each month, under condition of gathering over 30 Euros on Partner's Account and submitting the form requesting the payment of commissions.
4. Partner's identification data in the form of commission payments should be given as a true and actual status. Based on submitted statement Vision will make payment of commisions to the indicated bank account.
5. In case of a change of identification data, the Partner is obliged to update it by sending corrected data via e-mail address: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
6. Commissions are paid in Euros.
7. Commissions are paid to the gross amount (brutto) which means that each Partner is required to pay the tax due to the individual tax authorities in each country.
8. In case of bad or miss-filled form of payment of commissions, Partner shall bear the costs of fixing adequate data in amount up to $ 60.
9. When a bank account is in PLN currency, Partner shall bear all costs associated with currency exchange of bank transferring.

§ 7 - FINAL PROVISIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

1. It is forbidden to incite purchases with Partner's advertising materials through its publication on non intended discussion groups, as well as methods of complying with applicable laws and regulations with particular reference to the Act of Electronic Services and rules of Internet Ethics.
2. In case the Coordinator indicates the Partner violated these rules, the Coordinator shall address a written request to Vision claiming exclusion from the Partnership Program. Partner is obliged to immediately remove irregularities created for his cause.
3. Coordinator is not responsible for errors in the functioning of pages: ProgramPartnerski.vipg.org and Visionshop.me, due to force majeure or other events beyond the control of the Coordinator. Anyone shall have no claim to the Coordinator for irregularities arising from the above-mentioned reasons..
4. Coordinator has the right to unilaterally terminate or suspend the total implementation of the Partnership Program for any reason.
5. Any changes of these Regulations may be made by the Coordinator preceded by a week time period. Users will be notified of any changes via email. Lack of acceptation the revision of the Regulations is equal to withdrawal from the Partner's participation in the Partnership Program.
